Special-shaped steel is the abbreviation of complex and special-shaped section steel, which belongs to a kind of section steel, and is different from the name of simple section steel. According to different processes, it can be divided into hot-rolled special-shaped steel, cold-drawn (cold-drawn) special-shaped steel, cold-formed special-shaped steel, welded special-shaped steel, etc.
Usually special-shaped steel refers to hot-rolled special-shaped steel. Hot-rolled special-shaped steel is a hot-rolled section steel that distinguishes square steel, round steel, flat steel and common shapes.
Due to the particularity and singleness of its use, special-shaped steel often requires higher precision than simple section steel, which has higher requirements on the ability of equipment. Due to the complex cross-section shape, especially the special-shaped steel for many specific occasions, there is even very little experience to learn from, which makes the design and production of the pass pattern much more difficult than the simple section steel. Therefore, the production cost of special-shaped steel is higher than that of simple section steel. Because of the large difference in shape and size of special-shaped steel, many of them are dedicated to a certain industry or specific occasion, so the market demand for a single variety is often not very large. Therefore, the scale of the special-shaped steel production system is often not very large.

The fact that it is corrosion resistant makes it hygienic and easier to maintain. Stainless steel is also an extremely sustainable material as it is fully recyclable at end-of-life.
Our stainless steel tubes come in a variety of finishes, including brushed satin, perfect for hiding fingerprints and blemishes, and a luxurious polished mirror finish. We can even powder coat the stainless steel for a wood effect.
PVD is available in a variety of colors for a contemporary feel. It is scratch and corrosion resistant.
Stainless steel 304L (1.4301)
Suitable for structural and decorative applications, this alloy provides adequate strength while maintaining a high degree of maneuverability.
Stainless steel 316L (1.4404)
This alloy, sometimes referred to as marine-grade stainless steel, contains higher nickel and molybdenum content for improved corrosion resistance, making it ideal for marine construction and other exterior applications.
